In-House Embroidery Digitizing
This is where we differ from many other embroidery providers.
We create all embroidery programs in-house within our own digitizing department. We do not outsource this work and do not rely on pre-made files. Every logo is manually digitized based on more than 30 years of experience, allowing us to optimize each embroidery program for the specific material being embroidered.
The Process Is Simple:
- Send us your logo in a vector format (.cdr, .ai, .eps, .pdf) or any other vector file format.
- Let us know the desired size, placement, embroidery colours, and selected products.
- We take care of everything else: digitizing, creating a test sample, and final production.
What Determines the Price?
- Size of the logo or text
- Number of stitches (affected by logo size, design complexity, and material)
- Quantity ordered (larger quantities result in a lower price per item)
- Type of material (T-shirt, fleece, knitwear, etc.)
